No. eMed7 is a general wellness product. It stores and organises the records you upload and shows the values as they were reported. It does not diagnose, treat, predict, score, or make clinical recommendations, and it is not a substitute for a qualified doctor.

No, and that is deliberate. eMed7 shows you what your own reports say and how a value has moved between them, alongside the reference range printed on that report. It never interprets a result, never labels it good or bad, and never suggests what to do. The point is that you can see what changed and ask your doctor why — the interpretation stays with them.

PDFs and photographs of lab reports, prescriptions, discharge summaries, and scans, plus values you type in by hand. Files go into secure storage and stay attached to the profile you filed them under.

The Free plan is ₹0 per month and includes 2 report uploads a month for 1 profile, supported by ads. Individual is ₹59 per month for 10 uploads a month across up to 2 profiles, with no ads. Family is ₹99 per month for up to 4 profiles with 5 uploads each per month and no ads, and you can add more people at ₹29 per person per month.

One uploaded document — a single PDF or photograph of a lab report, prescription, or discharge summary — counts as one upload against your monthly allowance. Values you type in by hand do not count. The allowance resets each month, and reports you have already uploaded stay in your ledger and remain viewable, exportable, and shareable regardless of your plan.

Ads appear only on the Free plan, and they are never selected using your health data. Your reports, lab values, medications, and profiles are not used for ad targeting and are not shared with advertisers. Individual and Family plans have no ads at all.

Yes. One account can hold separate profiles — 1 on Free, up to 2 on Individual, and up to 4 on Family, with more available as an add-on. Each profile has its own timeline, its own charts, and its own files, and you switch between them in a single tap.

When the same lab value appears across several reports, eMed7 lines those readings up in date order and draws them as a simple trend line. Every point on the chart links back to the report it was read from, so you can always check the original and see the reference range that lab printed.

You generate a share link that carries an expiry time and a passcode. The doctor opens the link, enters the passcode, and sees the reports you selected — old and new together. You can revoke the link at any point and it stops working immediately.

Yes, on every plan including Free. Selected values export to an Excel spreadsheet for your own review or a family handover, and the original files stay downloadable from the record they belong to.

Application data is stored in Indian regions on a managed database, encrypted in transit and at rest. Your health records are never sold, never used to target advertising, and never shared with third parties for profiling.

eMed7 is built mobile-first and installs as a progressive web app, so it sits on your home screen like a native app. Previously loaded screens remain viewable when the connection drops.

Yes. Account owners can delete individual records and profiles from inside the app, or request full removal. The data removal policy sets out the scope and the timeline.
