Service scope

eMed7 helps signed-in users store family profile records, uploaded reports, medication logs, injection logs, and manual vitals for personal record keeping.

Account responsibility

The account owner controls all family profiles created inside the account. Child profiles are owner-managed and do not create a separate sign-in.

Plans and payments

eMed7 offers a Free plan and two paid monthly subscriptions — Individual at ₹59 per month and Family at ₹99 per month, with additional people on Family at ₹29 per person per month. Each plan sets a monthly report upload allowance and a number of profiles; the current limits are shown on the pricing section before checkout.

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Pricing, taxes, and renewal dates are shown before checkout. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Prices may change with notice; a change never applies to a billing period already paid for.

Monthly upload allowance

The upload allowance limits how many new report documents can be added in a calendar month on a given plan. It resets each month. Reaching the limit does not affect records already stored — those remain viewable, exportable, and shareable on every plan, including Free.

Advertising

The Free plan is supported by advertising. Ads are never selected using your health data, as set out in the Privacy Policy. Individual and Family plans display no ads.
