eMed7 is a digital web application. This page explains how access is delivered and activated.

Digital delivery
eMed7 is delivered online through the web app at emed7.com. It installs to a phone home screen as a progressive web app. There is nothing physical to ship, so no delivery charges or shipping timelines apply.
What a subscription provides
A subscription is access to the eMed7 web application at the limits of the chosen plan — the monthly report upload allowance, the number of profiles, and removal of ads. Individual is ₹59 per month and Family is ₹99 per month, with additional people on Family at ₹29 per person per month. Plans renew monthly until cancelled.
Access timing
Free plan access begins immediately after Google sign-in. Paid plan features are activated on the account as soon as the payment gateway confirms a successful payment, which is normally immediate.
Delivery issues
If paid features are not visible shortly after a successful payment, contact support with the account email, payment ID, and payment date. If the payment is confirmed and access cannot be restored, the charge is refunded under the Refund Policy.
Service availability
eMed7 is provided on an as-available basis and may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or updates. Records you have already uploaded remain stored during such periods.
